Frequently Asked Questions about Plans and Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards and Bitcoin.

Is my credit card safe?

Yes! DailyDiary actually never sees your credit card details and does not have access to your credit card number. When you purchase a plan, your payment information is sent directly to our payment processor. They charge your credit card and return a temporary token to us that we use to confirm the payment.

Do you save my credit card number?

Our payment processor retains minimal credit card details so it is convenient for your plan to renew automatically once a year. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time. Please contact us if you would like us to delete your credit card details. Payment details are not saved for Bitcoin payments.

How often am I billed?

You are billed once a year. We will notify you before your plan expires.

What currencies do you accept?

All prices and references to $ on our website are in US dollars. Our payment processor accepts most currencies. Depending on the currency used by your credit card, your bank may charge additional fees.

Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium later?

Yes, of course! Plus, you will only be billed the difference in price when upgrading.
