One of the best times to do push ups is when you first wake up in the morning! It only takes a few seconds to a few minutes and it really get your blood flowing for the day! It is a great way to stay somewhat fit with minimal time and effort. Of course, doing sit-ups also is great too, but you can only record one number a day per question --- so I selected push-ups!
