What is my HALT rating for today (Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired)?

Some schools of thought say we should avoid being Hungry, Angry, Tired or Lonely. This is to keep track of how we are attending to this. Please use the journal to elaborate on what you did and did not attend to during the day so long as it remains in the category of HALT.

Answer with a number between 0.00 and 10.00 (where 0 means not at all, 10 means total self neglect on HALT areas) with a precision of .00 (words optional).
